Does this sound like you?

You say yes before checking in with yourself...and feel resentment creep in later.

You feel responsible for other people’s comfort while quietly neglecting your own.

You hold it all together on the outside, while feeling unseen or alone underneath.

You tend to erupt and get angry after weeks of repressing your own voice and needs.

You struggle to rest, receive, or slow down without guilt.

You feel like you have to fix other people’s problems or rescue people.

You over-give and over-function until exhaustion or irritability forces a stop.

You were born with a huge loving heart, but many of these traits are survival strategies that you don’t need anymore. You can be loving and helpful without being inauthentic or abandoning yourself.

You can be a loving person without abandoning yourself

Facilitator: Chelsie Taylor

Hi! I am a professionally trained coach with over a decade of experience working with women who feel exhausted from over-giving, over-functioning, and relational burnout. My work is rooted in professional practice as well as lived experienced informed by my own recovery from people-pleasing and self-abandonment.

My facilitation style is warm and playful. In each session I combine self-inquiry, emotional regulation tools, and inner child work to support you with lasting change.

I create spaces where participants can be deeply seen and heard without being “fixed” or told what to do. I’ve been told that I bring depth, care, and humor into my sessions while keeping everything structured and purposeful.

Would love to chat or meet you first if you have any questions! Please email me to set up a free call :) chelsiemaytaylor@gmail.com
